I earn commissions from hotels, cruise lines, and other travel partners, which means you get all my expertise, insider knowledge, and 24/7 support without paying a dime. Plus, I can often snag you exclusive perks and upgrades that you can't get booking on your own.

The more you tell me, the better! I'll want to know your travel dates (or how flexible you can be), where you're dreaming of going, your budget range, how many people are in your crew, what kind of vibe you're after (beachfront luxury vs. charming boutique), and any must-dos or absolute deal-breakers. Seriously, don't hold back - I want to know everything!

It depends on how complex your trip is, but typically I'll have your initial itinerary to you within a week of our discovery call. We'll then work together to perfect it - some clients love the first draft, others want to tweak every detail (both are totally fine!). For simpler trips, we can have everything locked in within 2 weeks. More elaborate celebrations might take 3-4 weeks to get absolutely perfect.

For the best selection and rates, I usually recommend booking domestic trips 4-6 weeks out and international adventures 2-3 months ahead. That said, I've worked magic with last-minute requests too - sometimes the spontaneous trips end up being the most memorable! Just reach out and we'll figure out what works for your timeline.

Group trips are actually one of my favorite challenges! I'm really good at finding that sweet spot where everyone's happy - the person who wants to see every museum AND the one who just wants to find the best beach bar. I'll usually create a flexible itinerary with some planned group activities and plenty of free time for people to do their own thing. Plus, I'm great at finding accommodations where everyone can have their own space but still hang out together.
